During the consultation, we will ask you to explain your issues briefly to ensure that we can help you, then we will recommend a treatment plan or an area of focus. You have the opportunity to ask the therapist questions such as their background. If you feel like it is a good fit, we will likely book your first appointment to get you started.


Master's Practicum

Services provided by our Master's Practicum student. Student undergoes weekly supervision meetings, onsite supervision, and trainings by our Clinical Director. We are thrilled to offer this low cost service while mentoring new career therapists.


EMDR Therapy

Book EMDR therapy to reduce trauma symptoms and limiting beliefs. If during the session, you change your mind and would rather do talk therapy, we can do that. Booking EMDR is more about helping the therapist to make sure they have the online or in person Eye Movement technology available.


Psychological Treatment

Book a session for one or 1.5 hours; in person or online.
Sometimes talking about your issues can help you articulate the problem and help you organize your thoughts. Gain insight into your situation by learning about how the science and art of psychology can help you build and maintain positive mental health.
